Can you decrypt the pieces of text?

How to play:

On the following page, you'll find a piece of text that has been encrypted. Each letter has been replaced by a random alternative, not every letter may be present. Below the encrypted version is your attempt, line by line.

At the bottom of the page is a letter frequency chart that may help you, along with a list of letters you have chosen so far.

You enter your guess for each letter into the boxes at the top, for example if you think that the letter that is showing as a B is actually an E, then simply place E into the B box. Then click guess and the page refreshes with all of your guesses in place. When you have correctly guessed each letter, you will be shown the original piece of text in full.

NOTE: the texts are from a UK source and hence may contain the following spellings: COLOUR, FLAVOUR, FAVOURITE and HARBOUR.
